As a farmer for City Square Farms, you would be set up with an opportunity to grow in a newly established location directly created as a result of locational need or support. Your responsibilities as a farmer would go as the following:
- Maintain production on your indoor farm
- Manage any possible employees at the location
- Properly cultivate in demand product
- Manage delivery or pick up of product
- (Dependent on if the model is changing or not)
We expect the best of our farmers and we hope they would do the same with us, this relationship between the farmers and City Square Farms would be extremely important to us. We are committed to aiding our farmers to be better equipped and better rewarded.
